Kasaka River Lodge
Kasaka River Lodge is a beautifully situated lodge on a raised section of the Zambezi River bank with excellent views. Wooden walkways link the chalets and elephants often walk right underneath them.
Chalets are luxury tented and tastefully decorated with an authentic African flavour. Each has an elegantly furnished en-suite bathroom.
The Bar, Dining Area and Deck nestle amongst huge tamarind trees and are the perfect location for relaxing whilst watching the world go by on the river below.
The Lodge is situated in a natural bush environment with each chalet secluded amongst
the native flora. Overhead walkways link chalets to the lodge on the “wildside” of the camp. The gardens around the Lodge are a colourful blend of indigenous plants with paths weaving from the chalets to the pool, dining and bar areas..
Sausage Tree Camp is nestled amongst mature mahogany, acacia and sausage trees on the Zambezi River overlooking scenic channels dotted with water lilies and pods of hippo.
The camp sleeps 14 guests and has a unique, new style - large, white, oval-shaped marquee tents with en suite bathrooms and views across the river.
The staff will arrange almost anything for you: morning and evening game drives, walking safaris led by an armed scout, tiger fishing, picnics, canoeing and motor boating.
